Portfolio
Our clients don’t just grow their following, they see the impact in bookings, foot traffic, and sales. Here’s what it looks like when social media actually works.
We believe the best measure of our work comes directly from the people we work with. From restaurants and retailers to wedding and event professionals, our clients consistently tell us the same thing: social media finally feels intentional, effective, and worth the investment.
Katie's in MidCity
Katie’s is family-owned, flavor-packed, and full of heart.
Chef Scot Craig and his team serve up scratch-made Creole comfort food, killer cocktails, and hospitality that feels like home—right in the heart of Mid-City, New Orleans.
From the Owner
We were struggling a bit not understanding social media marketing several years ago. We found Caroline and her team and it has built our sales up dramatically. They work so well with what we need. We do videos that are so entertaining that when people see me on they compliment me!! I tell them its my marketing team. They are now a huge part of the Katie’s and Francesca family. I strongly suggest Caroline Rosa for your marketing needs!
Our Role
When we started working with Katie’s, the goal was not just to “post more,” but to make social media feel intentional, approachable, and worth the time. We took on full-service social media management, handling content collection, copywriting, posting, and ongoing community management. We also supported influencer collaborations, boosted posts strategically, and helped promote specialty events as they evolved.
A big part of our work was showing up in real, human ways. That meant getting the owner on camera more often, capturing the energy of the restaurant, and leaning into content that felt entertaining, educational, and unmistakably Katie’s. Social media became an extension of the experience guests already loved in person.
Strategy + Results
Early on, we shifted away from repetitive graphics and leaned into high-quality food photography, user-generated content, and video that showcased both the menu and the people behind it. We introduced more entertainment-forward Reels alongside educational content that highlighted weekly specials, signature dishes, and what makes each concept unique.
One standout moment came during the revamp of Steak Night. By pairing clear, engaging content with consistent promotion, Katie’s sold out their steak cases week after week for multiple consecutive weeks. That kind of result became a pattern, not a fluke.
Over the course of two years and two months, the account grew by nearly 100 percent, with over two million impressions and more than 120,000 new engagements. More importantly, the team consistently hears the same thing from guests: “We came in because we saw it on Instagram.” For Katie’s, social media isn’t just about visibility. It’s about butts in seats.

Our Role
Our work with Spanish Oak Events is fully hands-on and deeply collaborative. We manage Becky’s social media from start to finish, including content collection, copywriting, posting, and ongoing community management. That means monitoring comments and messages, helping conversations continue naturally, and making sure no opportunity for connection is missed.
We are also on site with Becky at weddings, capturing real moments as they unfold and filming talk-to-camera videos that allow her clients to truly get to know her. From boosting posts to supporting key moments in her event calendar, our goal has always been to make social media feel like an extension of her work, not another task on her list.
Strategy + Results
From the beginning, our focus with Spanish Oak Events was not just showcasing beautiful weddings. It was about capturing who Becky is and why couples feel so deeply aligned with her.
Becky is thoughtful, intentional, and deeply committed to diversity and inclusion. Above all, she believes every wedding should feel like the couple, not a template. Together, we worked to highlight her portfolio while also identifying how her personality sets her apart in a crowded planning market. Because she is a naturally private person, we took time to define what she felt comfortable sharing and how to share it in a way that still felt authentic. The response from her audience was immediate.
Today, Becky reports that 24 percent of her inquiries come directly from social media, matching her word-of-mouth referrals. For a service-based business built on trust, that is a meaningful result. Couples consistently mention feeling like they already know her before they ever reach out, and industry peers regularly comment on the strength and clarity of her brand.
Spanish Oak Events has been with us since 2020. Becky started with 2,204 Instagram followers and has grown to 4,636 through steady, intentional growth. While the numbers have increased gradually, the consistency of inquiries and the quality of feedback matter most to her. Social media has become a reliable source of aligned clients rather than a numbers game.
Over the past two years, her account has seen:
-
4,540 posts created
-
62,418 engagements added
-
A 5.41 percent engagement rate
-
503,469 impressions gained
-
2,478 new followers

For Spanish Oak Events, success looks like consistency, alignment, and couples who feel seen. Our strategy was built to support exactly that.

Best decision I've ever made! The stress of dealing with social media with all the rules on when to post, how to post, hashtags, SEO and what to post becomes very time consuming. As small business owners, we are already spread thin with our time. But with Caroline, she makes the process so easy and allows me to focus more on running the business. It's crazy how our social media has helped increase our business.
We get tons of leads from our Instagram and I can honestly say it's because of Caroline and her team's creative and genius ways. If you're looking for someone to handle your social media and truly care about your brand, then Caroline and her team are definitely the ones to hire. Everyone always comments on our social media and I always say "Hire Caroline!"
Our Role
Herbivore Floral Designs has been with us since 2020, and from the beginning, our role has been to fully manage their social media so they could focus on designing flowers and running their business. We handle content collection, copywriting, posting, and community management, while working closely with the team to make sure their brand feels like them.
Because personality is such a big part of Herbivore’s charm, we intentionally mix humor into their content while keeping the focus on what they do best: creating insanely beautiful floral designs. Over time, we helped identify a content sweet spot that highlights their bouquets, their process, and the now-iconic bouquet drop-off moments that couples absolutely love. The result is a feed that feels warm, fun, and unmistakably Herbivore.
Strategy + Results
Our strategy centered on showcasing Herbivore’s floral work in a way that felt both aspirational and approachable. We leaned into visually striking bouquet videos, real wedding moments, and lighthearted reels that let their personalities shine without forcing them into anything that felt unnatural.
Beyond aesthetics, the goal was always impact. Herbivore consistently reports that Instagram is a major driver of inquiries, and over the years they’ve shared that their business has easily doubled since working together. Just as important, they’ve told us time and again how much mental space this partnership has given them. Social media is no longer a source of stress. It’s a tool that works quietly in the background, bringing in aligned clients and reinforcing their brand every day.

Body of Work
Over the years, we’ve built a body of work we’re genuinely proud of.
Since the beginning of Caroline Rosa Marketing, we’ve partnered with a wide range of clients, some who have been with us since day one and others who worked with us for a season of growth before moving on. No matter the length of the relationship, we remain proud of the work we created together. Each project has helped shape our approach, refine our strategy, and strengthen the results we deliver today.
At our core, we believe the most effective social media content tells a real story. That means blending high-quality professional photography and video with the authenticity of iPhone content and the relatability of user-generated content. This mix allows brands to feel polished without feeling distant, and personal without sacrificing quality.
We deeply value the photographers, videographers, and creative partners who help bring these stories to life. Their work, combined with thoughtful strategy and intentional storytelling, allows us to present our clients in a way that feels layered, human, and memorable.
This collection represents more than just visuals. It reflects trust, collaboration, and years of creative problem-solving. Whether a client is still working with us or was part of our journey along the way, their work remains an important part of the story we continue to build.
