


A Bit About Lauren
Lauren McRae is a New Orleans native with a deep-rooted love for creativity, culture, and connection. She attended Archbishop Chapelle High School before earning her degree in Management from Tulane University, where she first fell in love with marketing through her advertising electives.
During college, Lauren interned at a marketing agency and continued working there full-time until the pandemic. Since then, she has built a well-rounded career through in-house and freelance roles, gaining experience across social media, websites, branding, email marketing, and more. This diverse background allows her to approach digital marketing with both strategy and flexibility.
Lauren’s passion for art and psychology makes marketing a natural fit. She loves the balance between creativity and human behavior, and she brings that perspective into everything she works on. To her, social media is more than content. It is a space for self-expression, storytelling, and connection. She enjoys seeing how people share their lives online and believes there is always more depth beneath the surface.
On her own platforms, Lauren shares music, art, and moments with family and friends, along with plenty of humor. She believes joy and relatability are essential parts of strong digital storytelling.
A true local at heart, Lauren is passionate about live music and New Orleans culture. Her favorite neighborhood spot is Saturn Bar in the Marigny, where she regularly attends Mod Dance Party and catches local and touring musicians. Fun fact: she attended NOCCA for violin and performed in musical theater productions throughout her adolescence. When friends come to town, she sends them to Stein’s Deli, Peche, or her unapologetic guilty pleasure, Taco Bell.
